Mt. Rainier Elopement

If you're contemplating on getting married in the winter, getting epic photos in the snow is a freaking must and what better place than to have your elopement in Mt. Rainier? These two flew from Florida to Las Vegas to get married and then headed my way to the beautiful Pacific Northwest to have a snowy winter celebration in Washington's Mt. Rainier National Park. The best thing about doing an elopement is you get to include as much of your elopement as you want. They wanted their family present in Vegas but saved some of the more intimate parts of their elopement experience (like reading their vows) for when they arrived in the PNW. So naturally having their elopement at Mt. Rainier was a no-brainier.

I watched the forecast all week leading up to their elopement and when I saw it was planning to snow, I was even more excited! We met up in Ashford, WA, and followed each other into the park starting at the base where it was just a little drizzly and by the end of the day, we were up in the snow-peaked mountains.

R + R were a freaking blast to hang out with and we basically laughed the entire time. It was a pretty special session considering R had never seen snow before, so of course, he had to make a few snowballs 😉 We came across some deer, a fox, and a few raccoons and were met with the fog, making for a very *game of thrones* vibe. When I mentioned GOT to them, of course, they told me they were fans and they had actually wanted to their elopement to look like Game of thrones. I mean, check out her crown & her 2 piece sparkle dress by Azazie. I've never thought of a Game of Thrones theme for a wedding but they definitely brought it to life and so naturally. Thank you R +R for choosing me to bring your elopement dreams to life and making freaking magic with me up at Rainier. This session was a freaking dream! *all the heart eyes*
